I have designed my Reiki programs based on the teachings of Mikao Usui in conjunction with several training courses that I have done over the past 50 years. This is not a quick result in which you will become certified. My program will give you a lot of information that will enable you to heal yourself and others but it takes time and effort to learn. I will be there with you on your journey and you will become part of my Reiki family. I believe that Reiki is an an incredible gift to learn and must be honoured in the way it was created. Reiki ~ "Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki dissolves the illusions of fear and empowers your soul to reveal your loving and authentic truth filling your entire being with love and peace so that you may overcome all obstacles. Level One You learn how to heal yourself through the teachings of Mikao Usui, founder of Reiki and the wisdom Lynda Honing has gained throughout her education and journey. This class gives you the experience of releasing and letting go of thoughts, ideas and emotions that are holding you back from living an unencumbered life! Some of the things You will learn in Level one: * The Power Symbol ~ Cho-Ku-Rei * The three pillars of Reiki ~ Gassho, Reiji Ho, Chiryo * Reiki Chakra Shower * Self-Love Techniques * Reflection work * How to heal oneself and others * Attunement * Responsibility of Action * Personal Power * I am * Breathing techniques * Earthing/grounding * Principles of Reiki * Meridians * Meditation with visualizations to release the past * Responsibility - accountability * Essential oil therapy * Mirror work * soul callings * boundaries * activating your intuition and awareness * increasing your vibrations Level one time commitment is two 8 hour days with a follow up the next weekend for approximately two hours. The class then comes together in 21 days to go over the practise time during the 21 days following the Attunement process. Total Class time: 20 Hours Cost: $500 |

Level Two
You will learn how to send healing to others from a distance. This is such a fantastic and useful part of Reiki. There are many times that we cannot be in the presence of the person we wish to heal as in the current state of Covid where distance healing is perfect! I also teach many new concepts from years of training in other workshops, research and companies I worked for, that will certainly enhance your own life and abilities as a Reiki Light Healer! Some of the things you will learn in level two are: * How to truly drop the things that don't serve you * How to send distance healing * Oracle cards * Frequencies * Intuition exercises * Quantum healing * Affirmations * Breaking repetitive destructive behaviors * Grasping Gratitude * Practise sending distant healing * Manifestation * Aura reading * Meridians * Anatomy for Reiki healing * Essential oil therapy * And more... The symbols you will learn are: The emotional healing symbol ~ Sei He Ki The distant healing symbol ~ Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen Level two time commitment is two 8 hour days with a follow up the next weekend for approximately two hours. Reiki Master
You will fully understand all the teachings of Mikao Usui, Reiki one and two and have the knowledge and ability to Master any challenge life presents to you along your journey. Life can be very difficult at times and knowing how to navigate through with grace, patience with yourself and others, the wisdom to learn with your best foot forward and to discern life's lessons with your authentic kind self at the helm! Master level holds a responsibility to be fully immersed in the program, to be patient with yourself and to accept the changes you will undergo during the Reiki Light Healer series. You will to expand yourself in ways you may not have thought about or known to be possible! It is a transformative class that will certainly give you a greater sense of purpose and peace in life. There are many things to learn and practise in the Reiki Master level. You will identify areas of strength and weakness and have the ability to make the appropriate adjustments to design your life in a purposeful way. You will become more authentically you! In order to be a Reiki Master and have the ability to teach others The Reiki Light Healer series you need to have the clarity to first Master yourself! This program is designed to assist you in being impeccable with your word, to not take things personally, to not make assumptions and to always to your best! -The length of this class is 3 full 8 hour days -with a follow up every week for one month for about 2- 3 hours -followed by a practicum of 3 months. During the practicum you will meet for 2 hours twice per month at the Urban Oasis You may also periodically work with a partner over this time period. This depends on the agreement you create with a partner and the work you set for yourself to achieve. This is a big commitment to become a Reiki Master and one that needs to be taken on with total dedication until completion. Becoming a Reiki Master will give you the tools to not only open your own healing practise but also to ready you to become a Reiki Master Teacher and to train others in the Reiki Light Healers series! You will be required to send me a letter of intent prior to becoming a Reiki Master. Some of the things you will learn in the Master level are: * What is success to you * What does winning mean to you * What is your "Stand" and what stands do you take * What is a comfort zone * Learn to identify personality styles * Learn to be mindful of the minutes in life * Empowering goals * What are your walls * The importance of affirmations * And so much more! Reiki Master Teacher - the future is in the palm of your hands!
Reiki Master Teacher
In this program you will gain all the tools and requirements to be able to teach others to become Reiki Light Healers. This program expands over 6 months with a lot of practicum time spent allowing you to develop the confidence to be a Reiki Master Teacher.

* One on one teaching and support within the group of Master Teachers

* Teaching the entire program during the 6 month practicum

Hours spent in this program - approximately 40 hours plus a 6 month practicum. Total time 200 hours.
During this time you will be required to spend many hours at The Urban Oasis as well as time away with a Reiki Buddy.
