 doTERRA has proven to provide outstanding essential oils that are therapeutic and they will enhance your health and longevity goals!

Their oils can be diffused and applied to the skin. Please be advised to follow the instructions on their website. There are specific oils that can be ingested. Please follow their guidelines as to which are created for internal use.

Rose Quartz ~ Rose quartz is known as a healing crystal and the stone of unconditional love.
It's believed to emit strong vibrations of love, which are thought to:
  •   -support emotional and relationship healing.
  •   -inspire compassion.
  •   -boost feelings of peace and calm.
  •   -Help heal matters of the heart as it balances the Heart Chakra.

  • Selenite Wand ~ Please note that Selenite cannot get wet. 
It is the one crystal that cleanses all other crystals. It brings inner peace and calm and allows us to connect to source. It is wonderful to use in meditation due to its calming purities. It can align the chakras and raise awareness to a higher plane. When connecting with the third eye and crown chakras, the selenite meaning is one of complete positivity and purity. It allows the heart to sing!

Palo Santo Wood ~ Palo Santo "Holy Wood" has a very high concentration of both limonene and
α-terpineol terpenes, which give it a distinctive smell of citrus, pine and mint. Scientific studies show that these two terpenes are strong anti-inflammatory compounds that regulate the immune system and act as antioxidants effective for fighting free radicals, relieving stress and reducing headaches and other pains.
When the unique fragrance of Palo Santo scent stimulates the brain, the body turns on its relaxation response, blood circulation increases, and we experience feelings of mental and emotional clarity, peace and tranquility plus many other beneficial effects.

Sage ~ 
Beliefs that burning sage clears out spiritual impurities, pathogens, and even insects have been fundamental to the practice of smudging.
It turns out that sage may help clear the air of lots more than bugs and bacteria.
Though scientifically unproven, burning sage is thought to release negative ions. This is said to help neutralize positive ions.
Common positive ions are allergens like:
  • pet dander, pollution, dust, mold and other air born allergens.
If this is the case, burning sage may be a blessing for those with asthma, allergies, bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions. But inhaling the smoke during the smudging can aggravate any respiratory condition. Wait until the smoke clears before going into the room.
When you burn your sage wand you may want to bless your home and yourself by saying a positive mantra while you  walk around your home or while you sage yourself.

Burning Sage ~ When you burn the Sage it’s important to have a bowl to catch the ashes. Always begin with smudging yourself first and then your home or other loved ones.

Burning Palo Santo Wood ~  is different than sage. It is not as easy to light as the wood goes out fairly quickly. I get a good flame before I blow it out to get the smoke. Again smudge yourself first. The smell of Palo Santo wood is very different to Sage. I personally love the smell and use it regularly. I feel the grounding affects of this holly wood and it brings me peace and to the moment immediately.

Journal ~ 
You can use journal writing to get to know yourself better, to solve problems, make life decisions, improve your health, increase feelings of gratitude and joy. Journaling can help you to heal from stressful life circumstances, to deal with grief and loss, or other life transitions.
